How I use your details

Hembrough & Co. is a trading name of Grizzdev Ltd, registered in England. Grizzdev Ltd is responsible for the details you give on this website. You can contact me at tim@hembroughconsulting.co.uk.

What I collect

When you ask for your 90-day plan, I collect your first name, business name, phone number, the best time to call, your team size, and your Scale Test answers and score.

Why

To ring you once, at the time you chose, to talk through your plan. That's the only reason. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form.

What I don't do

• I don't add you to a mailing list or newsletter.
• I don't sell or share your details with anyone.
• I don't make repeated sales calls.

Where it's kept and for how long

Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and sent to my email inbox. I keep them for up to 12 months after we last spoke, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing tim@hembroughconsulting.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
